"It's too early to say what the problem is with Craig's new injury, but it's very unlikely that he will join up with the international squad," Rovers boss mark Hughes said after the game against West Brom.
"He's got some discomfort in his knee, so we'll get that checked out.
"We hope it is nothing too bad, but obviously it's a concern at the moment."
