Duff bid accepted

A statement on the official Chelsea website reads: "Chelsea and Blackburn have now agreed a fee for Irish international Damien Duff and talks will begin soon. Chelsea will not be making any further comment on the situation."

Duff had been expected to fly-out with the rest of the Rovers squad today, for their pre-season tour of America, but a shorter flight to London now seems more likely!
