There is speculation in the media today that Blackburn boss Sam Allardyce is planning to make a move for AZ Alkmaar's Swedish midfielder Rasmus Elm.
Elm first came to the attention of English sides when Everton led the interest in him after he stared for the Swedish Under 21 side in the European Championships.
If Sam is interested then the valuation of the player would be £4 million as that is what AZ paid out for the player in the summer.
Reports say that Elm is regretting his move to AZ and wants to get into English football in January.
