Gray won't be signing

Gray has been on trial at Ewood Park for the last fortnight but Souness has revealed that because of non-available funds the club will not be signing Gray on a permanent deal.

"Julian worked hard and he did impress, but we had a budget and there isn’t anything to allow us to take him on. So it will not happen now," Souness told the clubs official website.
