Hoilett Will Be Big Says Kean

Last updated : 10 January 2011 By Andy

The 20 year old has been with the club since he was 13 and was the hero of the day when he came up with what proved to be the winning goal against QPR in the FA Cup.

And his performance helped him win his second successive man-of-the-match award, having already receiving that honour in the game against Liverpool in midweek.

"He is certainly a quality player but he's not had a consistent run in the team," said the manager.

"We see it every day in training how he moves the ball and he is playing with confidence and a bit of a spring in his step.

"I hope he's starting to find his consistency. We've said to him to not stop trying and to not stop trying to get on the ball. Hopefully we have got him in a vein of form. He is a match-winner.”
