The Republic of Ireland Under-21 international, is able to play centre midfield, wide on the right or up front.
Rovers see the player as one for the future and recently signed him up on a new contract, keeping him at Ewood Park until 2011.
Judge has already had loan experience, he went to Championship side Plymouth in the 08/09 season where he made 17 appearances. He was a bit of a crowd favourite and returned the following season and made a further 40 appearances.
