Keegan slams Tiatto

The Aussie winger was a 61st minute sub in the clash at Maine Road, but the hot head had seen red by the 67th minute.

Tiatto went in with two feet on David Thompson, in a clash that could have not only ended his game, but his plans for a family too.

Thompson was healed by the magic sponge, but Tiatto had already had his marching orders.

It’s not the first time Tiatto has landed himself in big trouble over rash challenges; in fact it’s not even the first time versus the Rovers.

Keegan was suitably unimpressed with his sub.

“I have no qualms with the sending off. I’ll fine him the maximum. I just can’t abide that kind of tackle. It was stupid and I’ve told him so,” said the silver-haired ex-England chief.

“I’m just disgusted. It was so unprofessional. Danny Tiatto wasn’t here today, as far as I’m concerned – he’s not worth it.”
