Kuqi Signing Completed

The 28-year-old Finland international, who rejected a new two-year deal at Portman Road, has signed a three-year contract at Ewood Park.

"It was always my goal to play in the Premier League and now I'm here I'm really delighted," said Kuqi.

"I spoke to Mark Hughes and it was a great conversation. It made me even more interested to come here. He is a big hero of mine."
