Apparently Larsson is said to be quitting Birmingham in the summer so the club will be interested in letting him go for around £1 million in January and Rovers are the favourites to get him.
So far this season Larsson has been part of Alex McLeish's side but has yet to commit to sign a new contract as they can’t agree terms.
West Ham are also interested in Larsson.
