N’Zonzi made the move from French Ligue 2 side Amiens and told the Premiership’s official website:
"It is a big move for me and I am really pleased to have done it with Blackburn.
"It is true it will be a big difference as I am used to playing in the championship in France but I am young and I am here to learn."
The midfielder also spoke of his belief that if he knuckles down, Blackburn will make him a better player.
"I really want to do the best to improve my game, training every day with experienced players and give my best for the new challenge.
"It is a big challenge and I want to succeed. I am sure the coach and the staff will help me to become a good player," he added.
