Pedersen is out of contract in the summer and so far the out of favour winger has failed to agree a new deal with the club.
This could mean that Big Sam could be tempted to sell the 28 year old in January.
Pedersen said: "Lots of people care about the club (Celtic). The fact they play regularly in Europe is a bonus.
"I have never played in the Champions League and it is something I have always dreamed of."
As for trying to sort out terms with Rovers, Pedersen says he is leaving that to his agent.
"I have no influence over the contract negotiations. My agent Rune Hauge takes care of all that," he added.
