Rovers Play Down Koumas Rumours

Media reports had suggested that Rovers were keen on the former West Brom midfielder who worked under Hughes when he was in charge of the Wales international side.

"There's obviously speculation because obviously I've worked with him before," the Rovers boss told The Daily Star.

"I think he's a talented boy, but we've not made a bid for Jason Koumas."
