Neill will be forced to sit-out two games for his sending off against Liverpool in Wednesdays Carling Cup defeat against Liverpool and will miss the Man Utd and Spurs games also.
Thompson now has five yellow cards following his booking against Charllton which carries an automatic one game ban and he will therefore miss the Everton game.
