Chelsea will be looking for nothing less than the full three points so they can keep up their title winning hopes, but Samba is sure Rovers can cause an upset.
"You never go into the game thinking you're going to lose," the giant defender told Sky Sports News.
"The pressure is on Chelsea and not us and we have to go out and play our best and show our best form.
"Of course we could win - why not?"
Blackburn have to face the current top three in their run-in, but again Samba remains unfazed.
"We know Chelsea and Man Utd, and Arsenal are going for the title," he said.
"But we just have to give a good show and give it as a good shot as we can."
