Taylor Bid Rejected

Birmingham boss Steve Bruce is said to have approached Rovers twice during the past week in attempt to take the former England Under-21 international centre-back to St. Andrews but Rovers have told him Taylor is not for sale.

Rovers boss Graeme Souness said: "Birmingham have been in touch about Tiny, but we do not want to sell him at this time."
