The man in question
"If there are no last minute problems I will sign a deal tomorrow," Unsal was quoted by "Hurriyet" newspaper as saying on Tuesday.

Rovers have reportedly said that both clubs have agreed a deal in principle for the player who has been sidelined by Galatasaray since handing in a transfer request in December, but there was still much to be sorted out, including work permits, medical and personal terms.

Hakan will be joining international midfielder and former Galatasaray teammate Tugay Kerimoglu if a deal is confirmed. Reports of money have also been flying.

Hakan is apparently seeking £750,000 yet the club is offering only £500,000...

If Hakan passes necessary medical checks, it's expected that he will sign a deal on Wednesday.
