Unsal playing for Galatasaray

Club officials attended a hearing in Sheffield yesterday to present a case for his employment... They are hopeful that he will soon be available for selection.

The Turkish left back agreed to join Rovers a week ago, signing from Istanbul giants Galatasaray, but the deal is on hold until the red tape surrounding his work permit is unravelled.

The club were granted an early hearing and, as preparations are underway for the big match at Bolton on Saturday, are hoping for a quick decision on his clearance today.
