Yet another Roque bid turned down

The new offer, around the £18.5 million mark was put in last night but Rovers still won't have any of it, however Manchester City are unlikely to give up just yet.

Despite Sam Allardyce saying yesterday that it was now too late for a deal to be done with Santa Cruz, Sky Sports say that another improved offer will be placed before Monday.
