The giant striker moved to Valencia for £10 million twelve months ago from Racing Santander, but he only managed five goals in an unsettled season.

"We have offered the chance to go on loan to any of the interested English clubs," revealed the Spanish club's vice president Fernando Gomez.

"I expect a decision in a few days."
